Heather Honey
A rare honey, and only produced near mountainous ranges; Heather honey only starts to flow when the plant is shaken or stirred. Honey harvesters will often need to scrape heather honey from its hive and press it through a sieve.
The honey is amber in colour and has a robust flavour.
