Bush Honey is a seasonal honey our bees have sourced from a variety of floral sources including New Zealand native plants. Bush Honey has a buttery texture with a beautifully sweet “lip smacking” clean taste. An aroma that is pleasant, fragrant and appealing. The special dark honey made from manuka flowers has been said to have medicinal benefits such as easing pain of a sore throat and reducing hay fever symptoms.
