Kanuka Honey
The Kanuka Tree grows in both the North and South Islands and in the forest margins of the Three Kings Islands from Dunedin to Otago. One of nature’s finest and natural honey, raw and pure it is produced using only simple filtering and creaming. Kanuka is now widely recognised as Mānuka’s favourite cousin due to it having a high level of MGO.
